Recruitment will be an ‘Open Call’ format, meaning all interested groups including groups currently working in the program must apply during each open call. Recruitment of volunteer groups will occur every two years unless deemed necessary if groups are removed or drop out of the program. HCCA Fan Club & Non-Profit Groups: A direct fan engagement program to allow fans exclusive access to presale codes, ticket events, and select venue experiences as well supporting area-based non-profit organizations through a subscription platform.Volunteer Venue Clean Up : A program to increase the efficiency of post-event venue restoration, clean up, and recycling/composting strategies by utilizing local volunteer groups to supplement paid venue operations staff.Volunteer Concessions Program: A program designed to enhance the facility’s ability to serve the attending public more efficiently by utilizing local volunteer groups to supplement paid temporary/seasonal staff members.
